Overview
1/2" square drive ratchet for tightening with sockets. With extendable handle and flexible head. This ratchet is made of Chrome-Vanadium Steel, which gives it greater strength, tightening capacity and service life.
The metal part of the ratchet is heat-treated during the manufacturing process, which gives it a higher clamping capacity, prevents cracks and extends its service life.
At the end of the manufacturing process, they’re surface treated with chrome plating, which prevents corrosion and extends the service life.
Ratchet for tightening with 1/2" socket drive.
Complies with DIN3122 and ISO3315.
The ratchet has a 72-tooth mechanism, so that each turning pitch is 5 degrees in circumference, for effective and precise tightening.
It has a lever for changing the rotation direction, which makes it very practical in tight spots with reduced turning angle or confined spaces.
The head has a swivel mechanism that allows tightening at 90° to -90° angles, with 10 fixed adjustment positions. This allows tightening at an angle, which can be very useful for places that are hard to reach.
The ergonomic bi-material extendable handle allows maximum force to be exerted without hand fatigue, even during intensive repetitive use. The handle has 6 holes perforated, one for each extension positions.
The ratchet performs accurate tightening with high force transmission, without wearing the socket, which is permanently attached to the ratchet socket drive.
The spring-loaded ball of the square drive fits into a recess in the socket to prevent accidental dropping and to keep the other hand free. By pressing the quick-release button, the ball retracts and the socket can be removed easily.
The ratchet can be used with an extension bar, flexible extension bar and universal joint.
Can be used with screwdriver bit adaptor for use with bits.
Durable, corrosion-resistant, non-slip handle with high torque, suitable for long tasks.
Widely used for tightening or untightening hex head bolts and nuts.
Ideal for tightening nuts in industrial tasks, construction, industrial maintenance and even home use.
