Data sheet
Overview
Ergonomic bi-material handle with a large grip, allowing high torque transmission without causing fatigue. It allows repetitive tightening without tiring the hand. The flexible connection allows access and the application of significant tightening torque when a curved approach to the nut is needed, without a major loss of torque.
At its end, the handle has a female square-drive mechanism for use as an extension, as it can be fitted onto the square drive of a ratchet or a T-handle, allowing a higher-torque tightening to be applied with no loss of torque efficiency.
The flexible extension is made of chrome vanadium steel, giving it more strength, tightening capacity and service life. It can be used for right-hand tightening.
The metal part is heat-treated during manufacturing, which gives it greater tightening capacity, prevents cracking and extends its service life.
At the end of the manufacturing process, they receive a chrome surface treatment, which prevents corrosion and extends their service life.
The tip of the rod ends in a 1/4" square drive with a retaining ball, to fit perfectly with any type of 1/4" socket, creating a perfect connection that prevents the socket from accidentally coming off. This perfect fit also keeps the tightening torque constant, with no loss of efficiency or safety during tightening.
The tip has a drive hex so that extra tightening torque can be applied with a wrench if needed.
