The applicator consists of a closed aluminium tube housing for the sausage pack or 310 ml cartridges, a handle with trigger and a button to release the quick-release closing rod.
The container holder is made from 3.5 mm thick aluminium sheet, super compact, for greater durability and ability to withstand pressure; the cylinder retaining nut is made of aluminium and the trigger part is made of aluminium, giving it great lightness.
The perforated rod is reinforced with a support plate for the sausage pack or cartridge, grooves for travel in contact with the feed cam, and an end with a plastic stop to make the rod's forward and backward movement easier.
The cam is made of long-lasting, highly resistant steel, giving an effort ratio of 1 applied to the trigger for every 12 of result on the sausage pack.
The applicator is suitable for medium-density sausage packs and cartridges.
The force ratio between the force applied to the trigger and that exerted on the sausage pack is 12:1.
