Overview

The ALYCO Anti-Tip 7-Drawer Metal Trolley is a professional solution designed to keep tools and accessories perfectly organised, protected and always within reach. Thanks to its reinforced steel structure with anti-corrosion treatment and a high-resistance epoxy paint finish, it offers excellent durability against daily wear, knocks and demanding working conditions, holding a total load of up to 300 kg.

Its design includes reinforced side rails and corner impact guards, which help protect the structure from accidental impacts and extend the trolley's service life. It also has a handy centralised lock system with two keys, allowing all the drawers to be secured quickly and effectively to prevent loss or unauthorised access.

The seven drawers have ball-bearing runners, guaranteeing smooth, precise, comfortable sliding even when fully loaded. The sturdy aluminium handles make opening and closing easy, while the inner base of each drawer features a rubber protector that helps prevent damage to tools and protects against corrosion. The drawers are compatible with ALYCO tool modules, allowing more efficient organisation of the work space.

To guarantee maximum safety during use, it features an anti-tip system that prevents several drawers being opened at the same time, allowing only one to be opened at a time and avoiding shifts in the centre of gravity that could compromise the trolley's stability.

Its mobility is ensured by 4 large-diameter 5" x 2" (13 x 5 cm) wheels, made up of two fixed wheels and two swivel wheels with brakes. This configuration allows the trolley to be moved easily even at full load and firmly locked in place when in its working position. It also features a sturdy metal side handle that makes it easy to carry and manoeuvre.

The top is fitted with a moulded plastic tray with multiple compartments, ideal for holding fasteners, small parts, frequently used tools and other consumables, keeping the work area tidy at all times and optimising productivity.

With dimensions of 700 x 840 x 480 mm and an approximate weight of 52 kg, this trolley combines strength, security, storage capacity and ease of movement, making it an ideal choice for mechanical workshops, industrial maintenance, technical services and professionals who need a reliable, long-lasting solution for organising their tools.
