The ALYCO Wide 7-Drawer Metal Trolley was designed for professionals needing greater storage capacity without sacrificing mobility, strength and security. Thanks to its extra-wide 914 mm design, it offers a bigger work space and greater internal capacity, making it ideal for storing bulky tools, work equipment and ALYCO organisation modules conveniently and efficiently.
Its structure is made from 0.8 mm sheet steel with anti-corrosion treatment and an oven-baked epoxy paint finish, providing excellent resistance to knocks, scratches and the wear caused by daily use in workshops, industry and maintenance services. This sturdy construction guarantees a long service life even in the most demanding work environments.
The 7 drawers feature ball-bearing runners offering smooth, precise, stable opening, making it easy to access the contents even when the drawers are carrying heavy loads. The aluminium handles provide comfort and strength for continued use. In addition, each drawer has a protective rubber base that helps reduce noise, prevents scratches and protects both the tools and the inside of the trolley.
The top tray has a wide surface covered in protective rubber, perfect for use as a temporary resting area for tools, parts or work materials with no risk of damaging or accidentally sliding them.
To make it easier to move, the trolley is fitted with four large-diameter 5" x 2" wheels, two fixed and two swivel with locking brakes. This combination provides excellent manoeuvrability and great stability during work. It also features a metal side handle allowing the trolley to be moved comfortably and safely between different areas of the workshop.
The security of its contents is guaranteed by its centralised locking system, which locks all the drawers simultaneously with a single lock. It is supplied with two keys to protect the tools from unauthorised access. If lost, the key and lock cylinder are supplied only as a set.
