Reinforced 7-drawer trolley with 177 tools, large set ALYCO

Professional ALYCO tool trolley with a reinforced steel structure, an anti-tip system and a complete set of 177 tools spread across 9 highly organised EVA foam modules. Designed for workshops, maintenance departments, installers and industry professionals who need a complete solution for storing, protecting and transporting tools safely and efficiently.

Made from 1 mm steel sheet with anti-corrosion treatment and an oven-baked epoxy paint finish, it offers high resistance to knocks, wear and heavy use. The corners have protective plastic reinforcements that minimise impact damage and help keep the structure and drawers correctly aligned.

The trolley has 7 drawers with ball-bearing guide rails for smooth, secure opening, with a load capacity of up to 25 kg in the small drawers and 30 kg in the large ones, reaching a total capacity of 400 kg. The centralised lock includes an anti-tip system that allows only one drawer to be opened at a time, increasing safety during use.

The tool set includes 177 professional ALYCO pieces spread across 9 modules perfectly suited to the drawers, optimising order, visual control of the material and quick access. The set includes modules of double open-end wrenches, offset ring wrenches, pliers, tools for Seeger rings, screwdrivers, 1/4" and 1/2" socket sets, Allen keys and Torx keys, as well as a complete multi-tool module with cutting, measuring, striking and marking items. It also has two free drawers for storing consumables or extra tools.

The top work surface is made from stainless steel and includes side compartments for housing tools and small consumables. The equipment is rounded off with a side metal tray, a document holder, a paper roll holder and a metal waste bin, increasing the trolley's functionality in professional working environments.

Its four large-diameter 5" x 2" wheels, two fixed with brakes and two swivel, together with the ergonomic side handle, ensure excellent manoeuvrability and stability even at full load.
