    • Overview

    Plastic case containing 6 hole saws, two mandrels and an Allen key.
    The hole saws come in sizes of 22, 29, 35, 44, 51 and 64 mm.
    The mandrels are 7/16" (for hole saw sizes from 32 to 152 mm) and 3/8" (for sizes from 14 to 30 mm).
    The hole saws are made from HSS steel (steel capable of high rotation speeds without deteriorating) with high toughness due to its cobalt content. This allows them to withstand high rotation speeds without deteriorating. It also ensures a precise circular cut.
    The toothed section is micro-welded to the body and has a special heat treatment. The variable 4/6 tooth pattern has a positive cutting angle. The teeth also have a hardness of 63 HRC. This allows fast drilling, with little effort and a clean cutting result. Concentricity and cutting precision are guaranteed.
    The body is made from highly flexible alloy steel and has chip-ejection windows. The base of the hole saw is reinforced to reduce the vibration produced during cutting. This makes the operation comfortable and precise.
    The body and teeth are electron-beam micro-welded. This makes separation impossible and ensures the hole saw is safe to use.
    The recommended RPM (revolutions per minute) is provided to avoid exceeding the permissible limit, depending on the material being cut.
    The mandrels are essential for use with a power tool, and help guide the hole saw during circular cutting. They are made from highly elastic alloy steel. The mandrel guide is made from HSS steel.
    They are especially suited to electricians, for cutting holes in ceilings and walls, drilling through wood, plastic, plasterboard, plywood, aluminium, etc.
    Thanks to the materials used and their manufacture, they have a very long service life and highly accurate circular cutting.
