Overview
Adjustable Wrench with Centre Wheel and Extra Opening and Depth, for large-sized nuts.Made of chrome-vanadium steel, giving it hardness and a long service life. It has been heat-treated by quenching and tempering, which increases its hardness and strength, while also allowing elasticity and preventing cracks under heavy loads.
The surface has a blackened treatment that prevents oxidation and extends service life, while also preventing the rounding of workpieces.
The handle is fully metallic and has a rubber guard, making it more ergonomic and allowing very significant torque to be applied.
The jaws are also heat-treated and have a 15-degree angle for gripping the workpiece, allowing a more ergonomic posture and higher torque. These jaws have a special polish that allows sliding in confined areas. The head profile is narrower to access reduced spaces. Both the length and depth of the jaws are greater than standard, due to the wrench's design, allowing access to larger nuts and to nuts in hard-to-reach spaces.
The adjustment wheel is high precision, and the mechanism maintains the same opening despite high tightening forces being applied.
This wheel allows the opening to be adjusted very precisely, and also changed easily. The head is marked in millimetres so the opening can be pre-set.
The maximum opening of the jaws exceeds the minimums required by the DIN3117 standard.
Very suitable for industry, plumbing, maintenance departments, mechanics, automotive workshops, vehicle repair or household repairs, for both professional and domestic use.
