Overview
Slip-joint pliers ("parrot-beak" type) for pipes and nuts, adjustment rack and thick, serrated jaws, precise grip and handling, with no risk of the part slipping. Long service life and comfort even in intensive, repetitive use. Pliers ideal for plumbing work and handling pipes. Also suited to use with nuts of various sizes, with 7 adjustment positions. The jaw area has special coarse teeth for gripping pipes and round parts, holding the piece without damaging it.These pliers offer high wear resistance, being made from Chrome Vanadium steel.
The pliers' body is heat-treated to give it greater hardness and reduce wear. The jaws receive a tempering treatment that gives them extra hardness. The great thickness of the jaws keeps the piece from slipping, and allows a higher clamping force. The surface finish is PTFE-coated, protecting against rust and dirt.
The plastic handle prevents grease and oil from sticking, making it easier to grip and more comfortable to use.
