Overview
Manual injection applicator by pressure for cartridges of sealing compound, silicone, etc.Friction pressure mechanism by trigger, catch plate and rod with cylindrical plunger.
The applicator consists of a 310 ml cartridge holder, trigger handle and quick- release lock. The cartridge holder is made of steel, for greater durability and pressure resistance, and the trigger is made of aluminium making it very light.
The reinforced rod has a cartridge catch plate, grooves for the advancement of the plunger and a hooked at the end to retract the rod.
The catch plate is heavily reinforced, long-lasting and made of very strong steel, making it possible to obtain a thrust ratio of 1 applied to the trigger resulting in 12 to the cartridge.
The applicator is suitable for low and medium density sealant cartridges.
Non-drip mechanism. It has a system for preventing drips after applying the product.
The force ratio between the force applied to the trigger and the force exerted on the cartridge is 12:1.
