    • Overview

    Manual injection applicator for cartridges of sealant, silicones, etc. by pressure.

    Pressure system by trigger friction, reinforced cam and rod with cylindrical stop.

    The applicator consists of a housing for 310 ml cartridges, a handle with trigger and a quick-release catch. The cartridge holder is made of steel, for greater durability and ability to withstand pressure, and the trigger part is made of aluminium, giving it great lightness.

    The rod is reinforced with a 9 mm reinforced cam, a circular support plate for the cartridge, grooves for travel in contact with the feed plate, and a curved end to make it easier to pull the rod back.

    The friction cam, made of 9 mm thick steel, is heavily reinforced, made of long-lasting, highly resistant steel, which gives an effort ratio of 1 applied to the trigger for every 18 applied to the cartridge.

    The applicator is suitable for high- and medium-density compound cartridges.

    Anti-drip system. It has a mechanism that prevents dripping after the compound is applied.

    The force ratio between the force applied to the trigger and that exerted on the cartridge is 18:1.

    An applicator with excellent results even with high-density compounds, a long service life and high effectiveness in use.
