    • Overview

    Aluminium tubular manual injection applicator for compounds in sausage-pack and cartridge containers, for high-density sealants, silicone, etc., by pressure.
    Pressure system by trigger friction, plate and rod with cylindrical stop.
    The applicator consists of a closed aluminium tube housing for the sausage pack or 310, 400 and 600 ml cartridges, a handle with trigger and a button to release the quick-release closing rod.
    The container holder is made from 3.5 mm thick aluminium sheet, super compact, for greater durability and ability to withstand pressure; the cylinder retaining nut is made of aluminium and the trigger part is made of aluminium, giving it great lightness.
    The perforated rod is 7.8 mm in diameter and is reinforced with a support plate for the cartridge, grooves for travel in contact with the feed cam, and an end with a plastic stop to make the rod's forward and backward movement easier.
    The 9 mm cam is heavily reinforced, made of long-lasting, highly resistant steel, giving an effort ratio of 1 applied to the trigger for every 24 on the sausage pack.
    The applicator is suitable for high- and medium-density sausage packs and cartridges.
    Anti-drip system. It has a mechanism that prevents dripping after the compound is applied.
    The force ratio between the force applied to the trigger and that exerted on the sausage pack is 24:1.
    An applicator with excellent results, a long service life and high effectiveness in use.
    Used for levelling walls, laying floors and tiles, ideal for both professional and DIY use.
    Supplied with a plastic nozzle for more precise application at the point, or line, where it is needed.
