    • Overview

    Long-lasting snipe-nose pliers with cutter, insulated against electric shock, precise handling and cutting over a long service life and comfortable even in intensive repetitive use.

    Insulated handling and cutting pliers with VDE certification, ideal for cutting cable and wire, in areas where the user could be at risk of electric shock. The certification guarantees protection up to 1000 volts AC and 1500V DC.

    The cutting area has opposed edges for cutting hard and semi-hard materials. These insulated pliers offer high wear resistance as they are made from chrome vanadium steel. In addition, the body of the pliers is heat-treated to give it greater hardness, and the cutting edges are induction-hardened to give the pliers greater cutting capacity and reduce wear.

    The handle is bi-material, making it easy to grip and comfortable to use. This handle is designed with plastic components that insulate the user from electric currents up to 1000V.

    Functions:
    1. Gripping: smooth, fine teeth, for gripping without marking the surface.
    2. Clamping: coarse teeth for clamping round parts and pipes.
    3. Cutting: Hard and semi-hard materials.

    These pliers comply with DIN 5745 (German technical standards for quality assurance of industrial and scientific products). These pliers also comply with EN60900 (electrical insulation certificate backed by the German VDE institute).
