Professional Adjustable Stillson Wrench, designed for tightening and handling pipes in demanding work. Made of high-quality forged steel, it offers great mechanical strength, a long service life and safe, efficient force transmission.
The steel handle with a double-T profile provides high structural strength and allows large tightening forces to be applied even with the use of extension bars, while also promoting a firm, secure grip. Both the handle and the moving jaw feature induction-treated teeth, reaching up to 60 HRC at the contact points, guaranteeing an excellent grip on the pipe, preventing slipping and reducing the risk of damage.
The moving jaw has a specific hardness achieved through induction treatment (45 HRC on the body and up to 60 HRC on the teeth), offering an optimal combination of strength, elasticity and durability. The adjustment wheel allows very precise, stable settings, preventing accidental misalignment during use and ensuring controlled tightening.
The adjustment rack and reinforced connecting part, together with a special rivet, improve force transmission and safety in use. The adjustment wheel is integrated in such a way that, once set, the opening does not change accidentally. The head, the connecting part and the handle are painted, reducing the build-up of grease and dirt.
A replacement jaw and adjustment nut are available. A tool especially suited to plumbing, industry, pipe maintenance, petrochemicals, pipelines and industrial work in general.
