Spark-resistant mechanic's hammer, Cu-Be ALYCO
- Anti-spark mechanic's hammer, designed for use in potentially explosive environments, as it is made of a copper-beryllium alloy.
- Maximum anti-magnetic safety due to its non-ferrous components. Highly resistant to corrosion.
- Approximate hardness: 30-40 HRC. Tensile strength: 1117N/mm2-1326N/mm2.
- It has an ergonomic two-material handle, which makes the tool more comfortable to use.
- Very suitable for the petrochemical, aerospace, pharmaceutical, chemical and automotive industries, power plants, paint, plastics, fireworks, mining, firefighting, distilleries, etc.
Anti-spark mechanic's hammer designed to work in potentially hazardous environments and made of a copper-beryllium alloy. Ideal for working with precision and comfort while adding extra safety.
A very durable hammer with high impact resistance. It has an ergonomic two-material handle to reduce work fatigue.
Tools in Alyco's anti-spark range are designed for use in environments where the use of steel tools is not recommended due to their tendency to generate sparks that can cause fires or explosions. Tools made from non-ferrous materials reduce the risk of flammable sparks, and also have special anti-magnetic safety features and corrosion resistance.
Tools in this range are manufactured in accordance with international safety standards, under processes certified by the BAM and FM institutes, and in line with international standards for dimensions, cutting capacity and hardness.
Instructions for use: lacking the hardness of conventional tools, they must be used with particular care, especially regarding use and exposure temperature. They will only be replaced if they fail to reach the minimum hardness (Cu-Be 40 HRC).
