Ratchet handle, non-sparking, Al-Br, ALYCO

Anti-Spark Ratchet Wrench, designed to work in potentially hazardous environments and made of an aluminium-bronze alloy. Ideal for working with precision and comfort while providing extra safety.

The ratchet's ergonomic handle allows maximum force to be applied without tiring the hand, even during intensive repetitive tightening. The ratchet produces very precise tightening with high force transmission, without wearing down the socket, which fits perfectly onto the ratchet's male square drive.
The square drive's spring-loaded ball fits into a recess on the socket to prevent it from falling off accidentally and to keep the other hand free. Pressing the ejector retracts the ball, allowing the socket to be easily removed.
Tightening can also be extended with an extension bar. A durable, corrosion-resistant ratchet, with a non-slip handle, high torque, suited to long working periods.

ALYCO's anti-spark range of tools is designed for use in environments where steel tools are not recommended because of their tendency to generate sparks that could cause fires or explosions. Tools made of non-ferrous materials reduce the risk of flammable sparks, as well as having a series of special anti-magnetic safety and corrosion-resistance characteristics.

The tools in this range are manufactured following international safety standards, in processes certified by the BAM and FM institutes, in accordance with international standards for dimensions, cutting capacity and hardness.

Instructions for use: as they lack the hardness of conventional tools, they must be used with special care, particularly with regard to use and exposure temperature. They will only be replaced if they fail to reach the minimum hardness of 30 HRC (Al-Br tools).
