    • Overview

    Stillson Wrench made of forged steel.
    Steel handle with a reinforced double-T profile, allowing a good grip and a very long service life for the wrench, even when extension bars are used for extra leverage.
    The toothed end of the handle is induction-hardened to 60 HRC, giving it great resistance to force and strong tightening capacity.
    The handle houses the moving jaw and the opening adjustment wheel, making the assembly more robust.
    The head, or moving jaw, has an induction hardness of 45 HRC, and the toothed part in contact with the pipe is induction-hardened to 60 HRC, giving it a very long service life and excellent gripping capacity, while allowing very efficient force transmission. This also provides a very important safety margin in use. The adjustment teeth are reinforced by induction treatment, to prevent misalignment.
    The wheel for opening and closing the wrench is housed in the extension of the handle, with a mechanism that, once set, prevents the opening from changing accidentally.
    The head and the handle are painted, to prevent grease and dirt from sticking.
    A wrench well suited to tightening and handling steel pipes, especially in plumbing, petrochemicals, pipelines or other types of ducting. Perfectly suitable for industry, plumbing and maintenance.
