Overview
Insulated screwdriver for industrial use, very well suited to repetitive operations. High effort-absorption coefficient thanks to its ergonomic bi-material handle.Shank made from chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel, giving it hardness and a long service life.
The differentiated heat treatment balances the hardness and elasticity needed in each zone.
The tip therefore has superior hardness, preventing cracks or breakage.
The shank has a chrome-plated surface treatment to extend the tool's service life and prevent corrosion.
The shank is coated with a certified material that prevents the transmission of electricity, insulating the tool from currents above 1000V AC and 1500V DC. In addition, the coating on the shank is recessed near the tip, allowing access for tightening in very narrow holes without the insulating protection preventing contact with the nut.
The bi-material handle provides maximum comfort and effort transmission, thanks to its two components, which allow maximum grip and hand comfort. This handle is coated with a 1000V insulating material.
The shank ends in a tip given a special induction heat treatment to increase hardness and prevent breakage. This tip is also magnetic, to make it easier to position or remove the screw.
The screwdriver is light, comfortable and highly capable. It has a very long service life, and its effort-transmission capacity is very high.
The insulation allows work to be carried out safely in areas with potential electrical conduction.
It allows use without great fatigue and high effort transmission, making it suitable for repetitive industrial work.
Very suitable for maintenance of electrically powered machinery, installers, electrical repairs, etc.
Insulation guaranteed by VDE certification (German safety institute).
