Spark-proof wide spatula Cu-Be ALYCO
- Wide, flexible anti-spark scraper, designed for use in potentially explosive environments, as it is made from a copper-beryllium alloy.
- Maximum antimagnetic safety thanks to its non-ferrous components. Highly resistant to corrosion.
- Approximate hardness: 30-40 HRC. Tensile strength: 1117 N/mm²-1326 N/mm².
- Non-conductive, resistant, ergonomic bi-material plastic handle for a comfortable grip in use.
- Very well suited to the petrochemical, aerospace, pharmaceutical, chemical and automotive industries, power plants, paint, plastics, fireworks, mines, fire services, distilleries, etc.
Wide, flexible anti-spark scraper, designed for use in potentially hazardous environments and made from a copper-beryllium alloy, ideal for working with precision and comfort while providing an extra level of safety.
The handle is a non-conductive, resistant, ergonomic bi-material plastic for a comfortable grip in use.
Alyco's anti-spark range of tools is designed for use in environments where steel tools are not recommended due to their tendency to produce sparks that could cause fires or explosions. Tools made from non-ferrous materials reduce the risk of flammable sparks, as well as having a number of special antimagnetic safety features and corrosion resistance.
Tools in this range are manufactured to international safety standards, in processes certified by the BAM and FM institutes, in accordance with international standards for dimensions, cutting capacity and hardness.
Instructions for use: since they lack the hardness of conventional tools, they must be used with particular care, especially regarding use and exposure temperature. They will only be replaced if they no longer reach the minimum hardness (Cu-Be 40 HRC).
