    • Overview

    Anti-Spark Stillson Wrench, designed to work in potentially hazardous environments and made of an aluminium-bronze alloy. Ideal for working with precision and comfort while providing extra safety.

    The wrench has a handle with a reinforced double-T profile, allowing a good grip and a very long service life, even when extension bars are used for extra leverage. The handle also houses the moving jaw and the opening adjustment wheel, making the assembly more robust.
    The adjustment teeth on the pipe provide excellent gripping capacity, allowing very efficient force transmission, as well as a very important safety margin in use. The wheel for opening and closing the wrench is housed in the extension of the handle, with a mechanism so that, once set, the opening does not change accidentally.
    A wrench well suited to tightening and handling steel pipes, especially in plumbing, petrochemicals, pipelines or other types of ducting. Perfectly suitable for industry, plumbing and maintenance.

    ALYCO's anti-spark range of tools is designed for use in environments where steel tools are not recommended because of their tendency to generate sparks that could cause fires or explosions. Tools made of non-ferrous materials reduce the risk of flammable sparks, as well as having a series of special anti-magnetic safety and corrosion-resistance characteristics.

    The tools in this range are manufactured following international safety standards, in processes certified by the BAM and FM institutes, in accordance with international standards for dimensions, cutting capacity and hardness.

    Instructions for use: as they lack the hardness of conventional tools, they must be used with special care, particularly with regard to use and exposure temperature. They will only be replaced if they fail to reach the minimum hardness of 30 HRC (Al-Br tools).
