    • Overview

    Manual injection applicator for polyurethane (PU) foam, using a sealant PU foam cartridge, driven by the pressure of the foam inside the cartridge.
    Pressure system from the cartridge, with output regulated by the trigger and the rear thread, which can adjust the output flow rate.
    It has an internal Teflon coating to minimise air entering, which would solidify the foam, blocking the tube and nozzle and rendering the gun unusable until a laborious cleaning is carried out.
    The applicator consists of a sealed connector to the PU foam cartridge, a trigger that regulates the output flow, a nut that adjusts the trigger's travel, a hollow tube, and a nozzle that releases the foam according to the pressure applied to the trigger.
    The metal connector to the cartridge is universal.
    The foam is liquid under pressure, so while it is in the cartridge and the tube with no contact with air, it stays liquid. On coming out and contacting air, it begins to solidify.
    The applicator consists of a plastic handle, a metal connector part, a trigger and regulated thread in zinc, a zinc tube and a stainless steel nozzle.
    If air gets into the tube, the whole load of foam solidifies, creating a very laborious cleaning job.
    To avoid this, it is supplied with two protectors that cover the nozzle, preventing solidified foam from remaining.
    An applicator with excellent results, a long service life and high effectiveness in use.
    Used for filling holes, sealing windows or doors, or areas to be closed on roofs, ideal for both professional and DIY use.

    Supplied with two nozzle protectors to prevent the tube and nozzle from clogging.
