    • Overview

    Copper and aluminium electric cable cutter with special cutting edges for electrical work. Ideal cutting pliers for cable-cutting jobs.

    The cutting edge area has aligned blades for cutting semi-hard materials. This cutter offers great wear resistance, being made from chrome vanadium steel. The pliers' body is heat-treated to give it greater hardness.

    The cutting edges are of a special Japanese type, with a special shape that improves performance. They are induction-hardened to give the pliers greater cutting capacity and precision and reduce wear. It has a mechanical stop to prevent the cutting line from being exceeded. The handle is two-material, making it easier to grip and more comfortable to use.

    Cable-cutting functions up to 13.5 mm diameter.

    Caution: do not use for cutting steel wire, or stranded copper conductors.

    Very useful for maintenance staff and installers for cutting cable.
